Raydel Perez was born with a story to tell, and a light that has never learned how to stay quiet.
Raised between Havana, Cuba, and Boise, Idaho, his life has been shaped by contrast: joy and scarcity, laughter and fear, dreams and silence. In the middle of it all, music found him. His mother once hid money in the walls just to buy him his first guitar. That moment became the beginning of everything.
Raydel writes from the place most people learn to ignore—the inner child: tender, emotional, and unfiltered. His music is not about escape, but remembrance.
He doesn’t write to impress. He writes to awaken.
To remind us that the dark is not something to fear, but something we learn to carry light through.
